Set your alarm to go off when you are done 5.

Go to your computer and open your favourite online fitness program 11.
Open a browser to view the exercise log (it will appear as a spreadsheet in your computer) 12.
You can also enter your height and weight and it will calculate your actual number of minutes per workout.
Set it to the lowest number you can do in a session (it might be a 1, 2, or 3 workout).
Set that number to the highest number you are willing to do in one session.
Make sure your timer is turned off and you are out of the room before the workout ends.
Set up the exercise routine in the gym.
If you have a gym membership, you can also set up a program.
Put on a jacket or shorts.
Walk around the gym in the shower.
Clean your house and then go back to your room.
Take off your shoes and then put on another pair.
Repeat for a total of 10 workouts.
This can take up to two hours, depending on how much time you spend in the bathroom.
You should be done in under two hours.
