The house in which Donald Trump once lived in Palm Beaches, Florida, has the priciest price tag ever, according to a new book that details the $10,3 million purchase.
The house, which sold for $9.8 million in 2012, is one of the most expensive properties ever sold in Palm Springs.
“The only thing better than living in Palm Gardens is living in Trump Tower,” the book, The Real House in Palm Bay, reads in part.
“Palm Beach has been in the middle of a long, sad decline and it’s about time it got its revenge.”
The real estate giant bought the property for $2.2 million in 2007.
Trump moved into the building in 2004 and later owned the property in the city of Palm Beach, Florida.
In addition to the mansion, Trump owns two golf courses in Palm Harbor and two condominiums in Palm City.
The mansion, which was built in 1864, is currently home to Mar-a-Lago, Trump National Golf Club, Mar-A-Lago Club Florida and Mar-Zouba Club Palm Beach.
It was once a private residence for a wealthy German-American family, according a story published by Forbes.
